Denna nyckelroll som Finance Assistant & Office Administrator innebär att du blir en central person med många kontaktytor inom företaget. Du kommer att administrera, samordna företagsevent och assistera chefer med diverse uppgifter. Du rapporterar direkt till företagets Director of Finance.

Som en del av dina arbetsuppgifter kommer du bland annat att arbeta med att**:**

  • Stötta ekonomiavdelningen i arbetet med fakturahantering, fakturamatchning och bankbetalningar.
  • ERP-systemtestning: Delta i testning vid ERP-uppgraderingar.
  • Administration kring friskvårdsbidrag och utlägg.
  • Företagsadministration och reception: Koordinera möten, hantera telefonväxel och vara kontaktperson för fastighetsärenden.
  • Hantera catering/inköp till personalaktiviteter och kund-eller leverantörsbesök.
  • Daglig service av kaffemaskiner.
  • Deltagande i 5S-arbete.
  • Assistera i rapportering & administration hos avdelningar med behov av extra support.
  • Styrelse- och Årsredovisningsadministration: Administrera signeringsprocesser.
  • Kostnadsreducering och Kassaflödesförbättring: Arbeta med Director of Finance för att minska kostnader och förbättra kassaflödet.
  • Avtalsadministration: Administrera och förhandla avtal för kontorsmaterial, städning m.m.
  • IT-administration: Hantera företagets IT-utrustning och avtal.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.

Krav:

  • Körkort: Giltigt B-körkort
  • Språkkunskaper: Flytande svenska och engelska.
  • Personlighet: En flexibel, strukturerad & serviceinriktad “do:er” som får saker att hända.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av reception, VD-assistent, ekonomiassistent, kontorsassistent eller liknande.

      Design Engineer

      Reporting to Everaxis India General Manager, and in close cooperation with Everaxis Industries Technical Manager located in France, your mission will be to understand and analyse the requirements of customers and to work with Engineering teams at other Everaxis locations to implement the same.

      Your tasks will consist of :

      – Detail analysis new or change requirements from customers.
      – Share customer requirements with Engineering Team at Everaxis Industries.
      – Interface between customer and Engineering team at Annemasse to resolve any queries either side may have.
      – Maintain all engineering documents properly and ensure use of right documents for production.
      – Update documents as per guidance from Technical Manager at Everaxis Industries.
      – Support, Supply Chain, Production and Quality for resolving any queries.
      – Support Supply Chain for new vendor development and approval process.
      – Make suggestions for improvements on quality and costs.

       

      Skills :

      -Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical or similar branch related to industry.

      – Experience and inclination towards engineering and R&D activities with 7 to 10 years’ experience in similar field.
      – Good basic knowledge and understanding of Electrical Engineering, Networks, Communication.
      – Knowledge and understanding of 3D designs and CREO software.
      -Process knowledge in castings, machining, sheet metal, cables and wires are added advantages.

        Operations Manager

         

        A new opportunity has arrived at EVERAXIS USA!  The Operations Manager is a crucial member of our team. This person continuously ensures that the production workspace is a safe work environment for all employees and will work to assure customer satisfaction with our product assembly.  This person will foster a work environment where exceptionally trained employees at varying levels can successfully contribute to the manufacturing mission.  The Operations Manager will exercise independent judgment when making changes to operations and leadership tools as well as coaching employees utilizing individual and subgroup performance evaluations.  Resources will be utilized efficiently by the Operations Manager to achieve contract objectives for customers.  Costs will be controlled to the extent possible within the corporate framework.  Daily, this person will oversee direct labor training, manufacturing scheduling, material purchasing, and direct the labor workforce.  

        The Operations Manager works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. This position follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Further, the Operations Manager develops and administers schedules, performance requirements and may have budget responsibilities.

        Essential Functions:

        1.       Coordinates the NRE efforts with the scheduling, materials purchasing and manufacturing functions to assure a smooth and timely new product introduction.

        2.       Determines and reports monthly shipment targets.

        3.       Daily supervises the schedule, response to customer requests, work performance, and quality problems.

        4.        Assures that tools, procedures, trained personnel, work instructions are in place to allow for successful assembly.

        5.       Informs team members of production problems and conflicting schedule requirements

        6.       Assists team members in resolving production and conflicting scheduling issues

        7.       As needed, communicate with customers in a manner that always supports the organization’s goals and objectives.

        8.       Completes all required trainings including but not limited to Security Awareness, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), S.H.E. (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Ethics, Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, Quality and all performance/product related trainings.

        9.   Adhere to AS9100 and ISO procedures and ISO compliance.

        10.   Other duties as assigned.

        Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

        11.   4-year degree and/or 10 years of relevant work experience.

        12.   Above average to expert knowledge of ERP systems.

        13.   Above average computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

          • Support à la production :
            • Participer aux expertises sur les équipements et pièces,
            • Etre force de proposition pour les résolutions de problèmes rencontrés en production.
          • Participation aux activités de capitalisation, d’amélioration continue du service et au retour d’expérience.

            The EVERAXIS electrical engineer researches, develops, designs and tests electrical and electro-mechanical products utilizing principles and techniques of electrical engineering. The electrical engineer conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs. This position supports personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication. This person will also support activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation and operational testing conforms to functional specification, regulatory safety standards and user requirements. It is expected this person shall apply slip ring technology, and their understanding of the essential functions listed below to develop quick solutions to customers’ needs and requirements. Exceptional application of technical principles, analytical, communication, and organizational skills are a must!

            Essential Functions:

            1. Evaluate, develop, and document new circuit and/or design products, or determine how existing products can be modified to suit customers’ needs.
            2. Prepare engineering analysis for projects including preliminary designs, calculation, and reviews of initial production runs of components and assemblies.
            3. Analyze data to determine feasibility of product proposals.
            4. Analyze equipment specification and performance requirements to determine which designs can be produced using existing manufacturing process and methods.
            5. Assist in development of predictive component and product performance.
            6. Design electrical circuits including, but not limited to, PWBs, PCBs, testing fixtures and flexible circuitries including laying out PWBs and PCBs and generating the corresponding Gerber files.
            7. Provide innovative ideas for improvements to existing products.
            8. Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing, sales, and customers.
            9. Complete all required trainings including but not limited to Security Awareness, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), S.H.E (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Ethics, Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, Quality and all performance/product related trainings.
            10. Adhere to ISO procedures and ISO compliance.

            Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

            1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
            2. Engineering background with advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles including testing (Slip Rings/Twist Capsules are preferred but not required).
            3. At least five years of electrical engineering experience required.
            4. Previous Mechanical Experience is highly desired but not required
            5. Above average knowledge of electrical engineering principles and processes.
            6. Above average ability to use a variety of T&M equipment including Oscilloscopes and Network Analyzers.
            7. Must possess electrical troubleshooting and basic mechanical skills.
            8. Ability to understand the abstract principles required to manufacture electro-mechanical devices.
            9. Exceptional analytical, communication and organization skills.
            10. Ability to create engineering documents, wiring schematics, compliance matrices, and Bill of Materials (GD&T, revision control, engineering changes).
