Business Developper Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director of Everaxis India, your main role will be to help out Everaxis sites with ongoing business with existing customers and develop new businesses.

Your missions will be the following :

  • Business development activities for Everaxis Aerospace and Defence, Everaxis Sweden, and Everaxis Industries.
  • Sales and business development activities for Everaxis India.
  • Interface with existing customers for requirements and new programs.
  • Gather all customer requirements including, technical, commercial, time schedule etc.
  • Help engineering team to analyse the requirements.
  • Evaluate and present an opportunity to management.
  • Interface with Everaxis India customers for Orders, LCs, deliveries and payments.
  • Interface with operations for creating production plan.
  • Forecast yearly quarterly and monthly orders from customers. Maintain pipeline for each business.
  • Monitor the markets, government policies and opportunities.

Profile :

  • Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics Engineer, you have 7 to 10 years’ experience in relevant role, within manufacturing companies of customs made products.
  • Understanding of Aerospace, Defence markets and exposure to wind market is preferable. He / She should be familiar with procurement processes of PSUs
  • Fluent in English
  • Business trips up to 30% of the time.
