Om rollen

Som Utvecklingsingenjör ansvarar du för utveckling, konstruktion och teknisk support av både nya och befintliga produkter. Rollen innebär ett stort eget ansvar och nära samarbete med flera funktioner inom verksamheten.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Utveckling och konstruktion av nya och befintliga produkter.
  • Teknisk ansvarig för produkter och tekniska lösningar.
  • Framtagning, uppdatering och underhåll av teknisk dokumentation.
  • Samarbete med produktion, försäljning och kunder.
  • Deltagande i produktutvecklingsprojekt och kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.
  • Teknisk problemlösning och kvalitetsutredningar.
  • Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, metoder och processer.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning inom maskinteknik, produktutveckling eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av mekanisk konstruktion av precisionskomponenter.
  • God CAD- och ritningskompetens.
  • Erfarenhet från producerande eller tillverkande industri.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter

  • Arbete med RF- eller mikrovågskomponenter samt radar- eller SatCom-system.
  • Produktutveckling inom flyg-, försvars- eller rymdindustrin.
  • Erfarenhet av roterande tätningslösningar.
  • Kunskaper inom CFD och flödesanalys.
  • Erfarenhet av testning och verifiering.

    Assembly Supervisor

    Essential Functions:

    1. Manage department resources, capacity and flow to ensure the highest quality while meeting the production plan and customer needs.
    2. J-Standard solder certification preferred or must be capable of being certified after hire.
    3. Coordinating resource allocation with other Production Supervisors to achieve production goals
    4. Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems.
    5. Maintain control and proper completion of all related process documents.
    6. Assist in the development of cell policies and procedures.
    7. Manage cross training, as well as ongoing work process and policy trainings.
    8. Provide leadership to the team, including leading team meetings.
    9. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and all instruments are calibrated.
    10. Ensure all materials are current and not expired.
    11. Conduct and discuss performance evaluations with direct reports.
    12. Ownership of work policy enforcement, which includes disciplinary discussions and documentation as necessary.
    13. Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and following work policies.
    14. Recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    15. Complete all required trainings including but not limited to Security Awareness, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), H.E. (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Ethics, Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, Quality and all performance/product related trainings.
    16. Adhere to AS9100 and ISO procedures and ISO compliance.
    17. Other support and duties as assigned.

    Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

    1. Above average to expert knowledge of cell area.
    2. Must be J-Standard certified to solder.
    3. Above average computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

        The Principal Electrical Engineer serves as the senior electrical subject‑matter expert within a multidisciplinary engineering team composed primarily of Mechanical Engineers. This role requires deep electrical expertise, supports cross‑functional design efforts, and ensures that electrical considerations are fully integrated into product development. The Principal EE plays a key role in evaluating requirements, guiding design decisions, developing test methodologies, and resolving complex technical issues across the organization.

        This position is hands‑on, collaborative, and central to maintaining electrical engineering excellence within a team where electrical expertise is limited.

        Essential Functions

        Electrical Technical Leadership

        • Serve as the primary electrical engineering resource for a multidisciplinary team, providing expert input during design discussions, reviews, and troubleshooting.
        • Guide Mechanical Engineers on electrical design intent to ensure proper integration into electro‑mechanical assemblies.
        • Provide high‑level technical insight to support sound engineering decisions across programs.

        Requirements Analysis & Feasibility

        • Review customer requirements to determine electrical feasibility, identify risks, and recommend alternative approaches.
        • Support quoting and early‑stage design by validating assumptions and identifying electrical challenges.
        • Collaborate with Engineering Management and program teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with product capabilities.

        Electrical Design & Integration

        • Lead the development of electrical designs, including circuits, PCBs, flex circuits, wiring, and test fixtures.
        • Apply advanced electrical theory (transmission line behavior, signal integrity, power analysis) to ensure robust performance.
        • Evaluate how existing products can be adapted or modified to meet new customer needs.
        • Ensure electrical considerations are properly incorporated into mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.

        Testing, Validation & Documentation

        • Develop comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Design Validation Test (DVT), and qualification test procedures that directly verify customer requirements.
        • Support test execution and assist the Test Lab in troubleshooting and interpreting results using advanced measurement tools.
        • Produce complete and accurate engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, compliance matrices, and technical reports.

        R&D, Troubleshooting, & Continuous Improvement

        • Lead R&D efforts to enhance existing products or develop new capabilities based on customer needs and emerging technologies.
        • Serve as a key technical resource when issues arise during design, build, or testing phases.
        • Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for complex electrical or system‑level issues.
        • Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and test methodologies.

        Cross‑Functional Support

        • Provide electrical expertise to Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, and customers as needed.
        • Support production builds, installation, and operational testing to ensure conformance to specifications and regulatory standards.
        • Assist in evaluating manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improved reliability or efficiency.

        Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
        • Engineering background with advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles including testing (Slip Rings/Twist Capsules are preferred but not required).
        • Five to Ten years of Electro/Mechanical experience preferred.
        • Previous Mechanical Experience is highly desired but not required
        • Above average to expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles and processes.
        • Experience with high frequency, crosstalk/noise reduction, EMI/EMC troubleshooting, and impedance-related design work
        • Above average ability to use a variety of T&M equipment including Oscilloscopes and Network Analyzers.
        • Must possess electrical troubleshooting and basic mechanical skills.
        • Ability to understand the abstract principles to manufacture electro-mechanical devices.
        • Exceptional analytical, communication and organization skills.
        • Ability to create engineering documents, wiring schematics, compliance matrices, and Bill of Materials (GD&T, revision control, engineering changes).
        • Experience with Commercial, Industrial, Aerospace, Medical, Military, Nuclear, and/or Space requirements and standards (Military is preferred but not required).
        • Understanding of power, analog and digital signals, serial communication protocols (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet), EMI, shielding and grounding principles.
        • Understanding of engineering systems and components including electrical signal transmission, coaxial systems, high frequency RF, fiber optics, encoders, potentiometers, and switches.
        • Understanding of wire, cables, PCB, flex tapes, and connectors with integration into electrical/mechanical systems.
        • ERP system experience to extract part information, costs, and BOM’s. (Preferred but not required)
        • High degree of proficiency in computer office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, IE, and One Note).
        • Understanding of ISO, AS 9100, and quality clauses.

          Ingénieur optique – optomécanique / Chef de projets développement & innovation

          Missions principales

          Développer de nouvelles technologies de transmissions de signaux optiques via des liaisons tournantes comme : transmission de signaux numériques tels que des liaisons Ethernet industriels temps réel 100 Mbits, 1 Gbits, au travers de joints tournants à fibre optique. Vous aurez en charge :

          • La veille technologique des liaisons optiques dans le domaine des « joints tournants »,
          • La proposition de sujets d’innovation sur la base de cette veille technologique,
          • La conception pour des Liaisons numériques haut débits au travers de fibres optiques, connectiques et autres composants associés,
          • Intégration des développements dans les produits en collaboration avec l’équipe mécanique,
          • La qualification des produits,
          • Le support et l’expertise optique pour l’ensemble des différents services de l’entreprise (Commercial, Méthodes, Industrialisation, Production),
          • Le support au SAV concernant les FORJ (Fiber Optical Rotary Joint),

          Gestion de projet :

          • Superviser les projets depuis l’analyse du cahier des charges client jusqu’à la livraison,
          • Définir le planning du projet, les moyens humains et l’organisation nécessaires au projet avec analyse de risque,
          • Assurer l’interface technique avec le client tout au long du projet,
          • Piloter les études de conception et à l’optimisation des solutions techniques,
          • Assurer l’interface avec l’atelier de production pendant les phases de production et tests,
          • S’assurer du respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité,
          • Participer aux chiffrages, à la gestion financière des affaires et aux aspects contractuels en lien avec les Chargés d’affaires.

          Profil :

          • Diplôme d’Ingénieur de formation générale en Optique,
          • Exemples d’écoles en France : SUPOPTIC, ENSI Caen, ENSTA, Polytech Paris Sud …
          • Expériences de 5 à 7 ans indispensables dans une fonction similaire et dans un milieu industriel,
          • Bonne maitrise de outils de Management de Projet,
          • Français : langue maternelle (ou au moins courant),
          • Anglais : Bon niveau de lecture, d’écriture et d’expression orale,
          • Autonomie, sens du terrain, rigueur, respect des délais,
          • Capacité à collaborer avec tous niveaux hiérarchiques,

            Missions principales :

            Dé développer de nouveaux produits pour des applications industrielles.

            Les principales missions :

            • L’élaboration des études de faisabilité en utilisant les outils mis à disposition (Abaques, fiches techniques, documents GED, données fournisseurs…),
            • La mise en place et le suivi du projet d’études techniques,
            • L’élaboration du devis à travers l’utilisation du système ERP ou le pilotage de consultations auprès de fournisseurs,
            • La représentation et le dimensionnement des pièces mécaniques, de sous-ensembles et d’ensembles complets,
            • La réalisation des plans de détails des pièces mécaniques en utilisant la cotation dite fonctionnelle,
            • La définition et le calcul des contraintes fonctionnelles, physiques, dimensionnelles ou géométriques des pièces,
            • La réalisation des chaines de cotes des ensembles en veillant à l’assemblage des produits,
            • La réalisation du dossier de conformité Européenne et UL au besoin,
            • La réalisation du dossier de contrôle et qualification des produits finis,
            • L’animation des réunions de travail (Ouverture d’affaires, réunion collaborative, remise de dossier, de début de production),
            • Le support aux différents services (Commercial, Méthodes, Industrialisation, Production)
            • La proposition de sujets d’innovation et de réduction de coûts,

            Gestion de projet :

            • Superviser les projets depuis l’analyse du cahier des charges client jusqu’à la livraison,
            • Définir le planning du projet, les moyens humains et l’organisation nécessaires au projet avec analyse de risque,
            • Assurer l’interface technique avec le client tout au long du projet,
            • Piloter les études de conception et à l’optimisation des solutions techniques,
            • Assurer l’interface avec l’atelier de production pendant les phases de production et tests,
            • S’assurer du respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité,
            • Participer aux chiffrages, à la gestion financière des affaires et aux aspects contractuels en lien avec les Chargés d’affaires.

            Profil :

            • Bac +4/5 : Formation Écoles d’ingénieurs généralistes ou spécialisées dans le domaine de la mécanique, électro-mécanique, etc …
            • Expérience minimale de 7 ans indispensable dans une fonction similaire et dans un milieu industriel,
            • Excellente maitrise de outils de Management de Projet,
            • Français : langue maternelle (ou au moins courant),
            • Anglais : Bon niveau de lecture, d’écriture et d’expression orale,
            • Autonomie, sens du terrain, rigueur, respect des délais,
            • Capacité à collaborer avec tous niveaux hiérarchiques,
            • Esprit d’équipe et sens du résultat.

            Connaissances techniques indispensables :

                What You’ll Do
                In this role, you will:

                • Test actuators and electronic assemblies to ensure quality and performance
