2G Engineering designs and manufactures high-quality mechanical and electronic systems, and we’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure products move accurately and efficiently — and you’ll play a key part in keeping our workflow strong.

What You’ll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will:

Prepare products for shipment, including washing/cleaning, packing, labeling, and loading

Process orders and shipments according to schedule

Pick up and run components as needed

Verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders

Prepare documentation (bills of lading, labels, shipping forms, etc.)

Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups

Receive incoming goods, inspect for accuracy and quality, and distribute materials

Maintain shipping/receiving records and track deliveries

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace — including breaking down boxes and disposal of materials

Assist with light equipment assembly as needed

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

Follow all safety and quality procedures
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
-
1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or related work preferred

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software)

Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklift certification a plus
Nice to Have

Experience with ERP or inventory control systems
Work Environment
You’ll be working onsite in a warehouse/production setting, with occasional overtime or weekend hours depending on workload.
