The operator reports to the Production Manager. He/she checks, assembles and check the conformity of products and their components.
Tasks :
- Preparation of work area.
- Practice 5S
- Understand and identify the components used for assembly.
- Proper use of tools and testers.
- Assembly of sliprings, harnesses and all associated tasks like soldering, crimping, testing as allotted by workshop supervisor.
- Recording of activities as per the procedure in vogue.
- Documentation as per instructions.
- Maintaining highest quality standards.
Tasks relating to Safety and Security:
- Respect the applicable health & safety, environment rules in force, as well as waste sorting procedures.
- Alert his supervisor in the event of a proven risk.
