2G Engineering is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to help design and build innovative solutions across a variety of products and systems. What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will:

Design, modify, and develop 3D CAD models and technical drawings

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Research, evaluate, and install mechanical systems and equipment

Specify components and ensure product conformance to engineering standards

Support all phases of production, fabrication, and operation

Build, test, and inspect prototype and production parts

Create and implement test fixtures

Assist the Production department as needed, including hands-on assembly

Present technical information to internal teams and customers

Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)

2–4 years of related experience preferred

Strong SolidWorks or equivalent CAD experience
-
Experience with inspection tools and mechanical testing equipment

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle shifting priorities

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Bonus Skills

PDM experience
-
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment

Experience using electrical and environmental testing equipment
Physical Requirements
This role involves hands-on work — standing, sitting, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 80 lbs.
